As Home Prices Plummet, When Will You Buy?
For example you see Bank of America adopting a massive, systematic loan modification program. Those of you who have owned a home for four or more years are probably sitting on ample equity (profit). Im glad I didnt put it in the stock market! I believe prices still have a way to go down, and Ill be ready to buy when I see better values in my area — maybe in 2009, but more likely in 2010.
