Stacking Up 2007 Metro Foreclosure Rates
Even at this zoom level (which doesnt even capture the entire city), it appears that the foreclosure properties are stacked on top of each other in some areas. Of course if a large number of people do that it could flood the rental market and drive down rental rates.
