Stacking Up 2007 Metro Foreclosure Rates
It was the usual suspects topping the 2007 MSA Foreclosure Rate Rankings released by RealtyTrac today. Detroit, Stockton and Las Vegas were the top three, each with more than 4 percent of total households in some stage of foreclosure during the year. May Home Prices Down 4.8 Percent
The East North Central Division, which includes Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio, reported a 0.1 The West North Central Division, which includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri, reported no monthly change in home prices.
