The Los Angeles Times reported today that McMahon is being sued by Westmoore Lending of Huntington Beach, Calif., Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the lawsuit alleges that loan documents show McMahon had committed to paying $3,125 a month for the first five months and then paying off the remainder of the loan in one final payment of $253,125. million.
