Lenders Asked to Clean Up Unhealthy Foreclosures
Not only are foreclosures unhealthy for the economy, apparently they can be unhealthy for people as well. At least unhealthy enough that, in an unprecedented move, California State Commissioner of Financial Institutions, Michael A.
