Motor City Tops MSA Foreclosure List in Q3

Top Metro Foreclosure Rates
Fifteen of the cities with the top 25 metro foreclosure rates in the first half of 2007 were located in California, Florida and Ohio, according to the R ealtyTrac Midyear 2007 Metropolitan Foreclosure Report , released yesterday. Foreclosures Begin 2007 at Two-Year High
Substantial increases in foreclosure activity in Detroit and Atlanta helped drive up the foreclosure rates in Michigan and Georgia. 2006 Foreclosure Filings Surpass 1.2 Million
