Foreclosures and short sales are flooding the market, accelerating the declines. 150 foreclosures for sale in this zip and hundreds more in preforeclosure. What youre seeing now is just the tip of the iceberg, get ready for a string of 1930 like depressions and people looking to "take advantage" of a "good deal", but economy fundamentals have been destroyed by nature and consumption of resources.
