Just remember BAD news sells papers and good homes find good buyers. The market in the Dallas area is doing well and leading the nation with higher values every year. But, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) does not lie. With all that said, values are up in Dallas, but the number of Metroplex home sales are down. What a great time to buy! Yes, I know you have heard all the nasty media hype.
