Foreclosure bargain for summer home of JFK's grandfather
A post last week on The Real Estate Bloggers recounted how the former summer home of President John F. Kennedys grandfather sold for a bargain price at a Feb. 28 foreclosure auction . The Hull, Massachusetts home of John F. The home had been fraudulently purchased by Jamie Edelkind who was sentenced Kennedy’s grandfather sold at auction at a steep discount Tuesday for the price of $950,000. He was convicted of using phony mortgage and payroll documents.
