1 Million Foreclosures and Counting
Colorado and Nevada once again posted the nation’s two highest foreclosure rates thanks to increasing foreclosures in both of those states. 2006 Foreclosure Filings Surpass 1.2 Million

Foreclosures Begin 2007 at Two-Year High
Nevada took the top spot with one new foreclosure filing for every 362 households. Texas, California and Florida continued to report the top three monthly foreclosure totals among all the states.
